You can purchase your vouchers directly by credit card or by online-banking and have them send by email to your email account, or you can have the voucher send by post (pre-payed cash).

We will despatch the vouchers to you by email free of charge!
Only persons of 18 years of age and over are authorised to purchases from our Online Shop.

Invoices for tax purposes can not be issued until the time the actual service is claimed, i.e. when the voucher is redeemed (VAT legislation).
No liability will be accepted for delays in postal delivery.
All vouchers are valid for two (2) years and must be redeemed within this period.
Prices do not include V.A.T., as the voucher itself represents a 100% credit. V.A.T. is only reflected in the actual calculation by the hotel. Photographs may not depict objects exactly as they appear. Offers are subject to change or amendment.

Exchanges and returns
Please return any vouchers which do not meet your expectations, in the original packaging, within 14 days. As long as you notify us that you wish to cancel within this period, it will be accepted. There is no need for you to state any reason for cancellation. However, there is no right of cancellation if the service is initiated as agreed within the cancellation period. This right of cancellation is valid for customers who are consumers within the meaning of consumer protection legislation.

Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your declaration of contract within 14 days without notice of reasons in a written form (post, email,fax). The deadline starts from the time you have received this right of withdrawal in a written form, but not before the contract closure and as well as before fulfillment our information responsibilities of article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 /1 and 2 EGBGB. For the protection of interests of the withdrawal is the dispatch send in time enough.
